Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer with SMT Component and/or Injection Molding experience to develop and maintain quality standards and requirements associated with the introduction of new and enhanced products. Perform inspections of incoming material and completed product; design and develop supplier quality improvement programs; document & report results to team personnel.
Advanced computer skills, including SPC. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, including flow, layout, assembly & production, lean manufacturing techiques, manufacturing quality tools and electronic test equipment. APQP, PPAP, SMT, ISO/QS, six sigma green belt methodology knowledge, metrology skills. Good verbal communication skills, group presentations, ability to work within a cross-functional / team environment.
BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field and 3+ years experience, or equivalent combination.
